I’ve seen a lot of sites that allow you to use their files, but they require you to give credit. Typically that’s for free files, not paid work. Usually that’s done when the exposure is more valuable to the author than money. On ActiveDen we decided a long time ago that authors would rather earn money than have their name on their files.
It looks as though these guys have paid you and, in turn, bought the rights to use your file without needing to give you credit in any way. They’ve done nothing wrong. In fact, this should be taken as a huge compliment since the Creattica reviewers are very, very strict when it comes to aesthetic guidelines.
My one suggestion I’d give to everyone is to submit your work to Creattica before anyone else does. That way you can decide where the credit goes.
I hope that helps clear things up.
Cheers Ezza that fixed my problem
Great and fast support as alwaysis it only going to be the two roots from now on then?
Nope, there’s a new root that should come Monday. Stay tuned for the Unity revolution.
It’ll be the last day of this month.25 more days … maybe less. Are you sure?
Okay, so I don’t have an xBox, or a live account, but my friend is coming over and he does. The name is raptour. I’ll let you know when we’re on.
Man, tough call. I really like RanFireFly’s, but who can resist aw_shuck’s “shut up, I’ll spank your face” avatar?
Ok I will keep it in mind for the next updates, but we are about to send an ” Amazing professional intro 04” and since the first 3 are named that way it’s kind of too late for these series…But we take note for the future
Probably best to change it. Otherwise it’ll get rejected or at least renamed.
still now, no answer..Just checked my email. I sent you the new version 3 days ago right after you emailed me. Be sure to check your junk mail. It should be there. If not, email me and I’ll send it again.
Thanks so much, ArikB! Too bad you can’t save them down. That’s never good for sales.
I’m about to upload a brush and I had some questions:
1. I’m pretty sure they’re not backwards compatible. Is there a way to save them down from cs4? If so, how far?
2. I built them on a PC. Will they work on a Mac?
