Now my question is, how do I actually “contact” support?! I have open ticket for 14 days now and no solution on horizon what so ever. I´ve tried to contact the staff member on my ticket, no reply. Then another staff member, no reply. Then I tweeted @envato_support the problem, and answer was, you will hear from us shortly, which I never did, and again tweeted, and again similar answer. Then I tweeted again with question will this be sorted out in near future, but this time no reply…
I mean it´s not like I would like to change my username so there is no emergency. I have withdrawal missing, and this is sensitive issue for me, and seems like this is not addressed seriously enough. In every try to contact support I have no idea what is going on. Then, lastly I´ve tried to contact two of the staff members directly via contact form, and again no reply from both. I mean what is going on? Really getting confused here why is this issue being ignored?
I had patience, waited, asked, but all I get is automatic reply and that is all. Would really appreciate if someone would actually respond in a way that actually offers a solution instead of new delay on the subject!
