17 Days @ 88%.....lol
Now we are thinking about breaking each others record
@enfusionthemes: no doubt about it
but did you really calculate with a 3.000.000 potential autors / buyers as well? Did you?
nops, I did not have that “Insight” information…..
BTW… out of your number of 3.000.000. All of them does not submit items and all of them does not need support etc at once.
PS. Please do not reply to this comment of mine even if its wrong. Lets stick to the main purpose of this forum which is that a staff has opened this forum post for us so we can keep updated “Regularly” about the status of the review team and as per our rights of being a community member to ask the staffs of this company to give us updates. And of course, to do constructive criticism to improve the marketplace.
KingDog saidYeah, here is your information. I mean, what else do you want? Imagine you would own a company with unexpected growth and you have no time to hire staff as fast as desired? What would You reply to your clients??
The high volume queues that currently have the longest turnaround times are:
- GR: Web Elements ~14 days
- GR: Print Templates ~14 days
- GR: Graphics ~14 days
- GR: Textures ~12 days
- GR: Icons ~9 days
- GR: Add-ons ~9 days
- GR: Logo Templates ~9 days
- GR: Vectors ~8 days
- AJ: Music — ~12 days
- AJ: Sound — ~12 days
- AJ: Logos & Idents — ~11 days
Although it’s taking time to return review queue turnaround times to normal, we are working hard to get there. Unfortunately I’m not able to give an exact date we expect to be back to normal, but we’ve been making steady progress towards making it happen. We have two additional GR reviewers and another AJ reviewer planned for getting started next week in addition to several new team additions that are already up to speed and reviewing..Thanks for your patience everyone!
I will work 20 hours per day as I do when I have work overload and I will find that “time”.
I wish you were the staff man, you are so responsive here, no kidding
^ You are right, Instead of improvement, its now setting new records. 81% for the past 48 hours, and total of almost 14 days for one item.
Instead of spying on public, why they don’t just block the file sharing websites or if they can not block it because its used for good reasons as well then they should help them stop pirated content upload to their servers in the first place.
I think its easier to spy or control on one thing (the file sharing website) rather than controlling and spying on millions of downloads.
