I dont think you can bundle the font in with the final download. Just provide a link/info about the font used and the buyer can then buy/download the font or choose another font.
You are not bundling “the font”, but only it’s .js version which can technically be used only via cufon… so it can be only embedded… here you can generate .js file from standart font files:
http://cufon.shoqolate.com/generate/

BTW I am still talking here about fonts from Adobe Systems. For other fonts, you have to check the licenses or ask directly the author for a written permission, etc.

”...All fonts produced by Adobe Systems can be embedded in AdobeĀ® Portable Document Format (PDF) files, as well as other types of files…”

Quoted from here: http://www.adobe.com/type/embedding.html

In other words, this means you can embed them in cufon etc. for free. :)

One picture for a thousand words, here is my $ graph since day one. I don’t have graph with numbers of sales, but it’s mostly from one WP item (released around that big bump).
You can see how the popularity of one file slows down after a few days and stops in some “channel” which will eventually decrease too, but not that fast as a first wave of popularity.

There always be some problems, no matter what version of IE. It’s just crappy browser and Microsoft shouldnt include it in Windows OS. Mac includes Safari, but that’s okay, because it WORKS . IE’s just don’t work. And they won’t work in future either. They will always be a few steps behind “normal” browsers… I just can’t understand why Microsoft can’t buy super developers for developing some super browser. If Mozzilla (free) can afford “normal” developers, then why the heck microsoft can’t afford it?\\?!

You can code wp in Coda or PSPad or any other simple text editor with syntax highlighting and code whisperer. Zend Studio is WAY to complex if you don’t know how to use it. I also use Dreamweaver with code view.

Nah, it’s not that hard. For the basic theme all you need to know are WordPress template tags, some WP conditional tags and a little bit of PHP . You will learn the rest in the process of creating WP themes :)
Interesting! I’m a huge fan of Lynda.com – I wish there was a tutorial on “how to create a WP-theme”! ;) Anyone wanna make such a video? :-) ... there might be money in it. lol

There are lots of how-to-wp videos on the internet… For instance check out these badboys: http://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Ablog.themeforest.net%2F+WordPress+for+Designers%3A+Day

(btw search on tf blog doesn’t seem to work for me?!)
