Thanks for the support ThemeBeans,
I don’t understand people like these. I mean, I am using Ticksy and it says that my average response time is 1.5 days for latest theme. And this particular customer, opened 3 tickets. I solved them in 3 days, 15 hours and 7 hours. They need to understand that we are people as well and deserve a weekend every now and then.
I contacted support, and apparently, authors cannot ask to refund a customer.
I wish we could do something about the comments these types of users leave. It just looks bad for the author.
I am going crazy with a buyer. Please look at the comments of my recent item.
He is going crazy because I replied to one of his tickets in 3 days and it was during weekend, in my defense. Its been a week since he started leaving bad comments, and just keeps going.
I want to refund this guy, delete his comments and get it over with.
Else I am going to start arguing with him on item pages.
Maybe authors should be able to ask to refund a certain customer and deny support.
We all had customers who ask for things that a certain theme is not capable of and blame the author for not including… and then rates 1 star.
I would love to see an orientation filter. Usually, I am looking for 16:9 images, and its frustrating to look through every image.
Totally agreed, but I am afraid majority of customers will always be like that.
I love ticksy and my customers, too.
I would appreciate it if you could add support for sale reversals?
Just updated my theme in popular list with WooCommerce support.
Thematic, why u no work?
fuelthemes saidNot necessarily… You can disable the loading of extra css/js files when the theme is active, so you load only the custom styles for your own shortcodes. Then, when the user deactivates the theme, the default css/js of the plugin will load normally.
dnp_theme saidShortcodes will work, but that would mean additional css and js files inside the plugin.
I disagree moving widgets and cpt to plugins, they won’t work as standalone and never will be offered as such. Shortcodes can go to plugin, no problemo.
That wasn’t what I meant. I meant that lets say user wants to only keep a single shortcode from the previous theme. He will have styles of all shortcodes from the previous theme in the new theme.
Unless you prepare seperate stylesheets for different shortcodes.
