Hi Joshep,

Personally I don’t think it should get Hard Rejection, as theme has still have good points to improve it.

Reasons… 1. Menu awkward to use, its dropdown its usability wise hard to click. 2. Booking form needs to be improve 3. Typography and Overall spacing 4. Content dose not look like hotel theme though I am afraid for this (http://themeforest.net/item/starhotel-responsive-hotel-booking-template/7784956?WT.ac=search_item&WT.z_author=Slashdown) Its approved has same content :(

Please improve this should get accept…

Try n Try, never give up !!

HI

Its look like big misunderstanding you have for jQuery.

What is different between

// A $( document ).ready() block. $( document ).ready(function() { console.log( "ready!" ); });

And

$(function() { console.log( "ready!" ); });

Why you are nesting it like this ?

$(function() { console.log( "ready!" ); $( document ).ready(function() { console.log( "ready!" ); }); })

You should fist clear your jQuery basics.

Hi kutethemes,

I hope there is no any issue from WordPress code side but for the front-end this need to be improve.

Do work more on aesthetic design, use proper spacing work more on typography and whole page looks like not fit as it should.

Keep in mind now days TF is more strict for more about design.

See as per my opinion your your theme basically concentrate on minimal things.

And in minimal design you must have to concentrate white space and typo.

Typography is the heart of your design and its really need to improve.

I suggest that you must have to improve it :)

Hey Guys, My theme was rejected a few days back based on design quality, I took the advice from the reviewer and changed quite a bit including adding a resume feature, changed typography and a few other icons. * as im writing this it’s just hit me that I should have uploaded the changes on a different url so that there’s something to compare with. :O

I’d really like some feedback from a third party before I resubmit. Thanks in advance :)

This will help http://typecast.com/blog/4-simple-steps-to-vertical-rhythm

Hi,

Soft rejected, reasons:

1) Many of the elements in the template are not aesthetically spaced.

2) The template’s overall typography isn’t yet ready. It needs improvements in the styles it offers and general visual hierarchy.

So basically typography and spacing. Please suggest and help me out to improve it.

Regards, Enayet

It will take 3-4 days approx.

But it just small update, why it take too long to review? Almost 3 days now.
