It will be rejected, try creating something more simple

Make it more functional and change the “Fast. Simple. Easy” typography.

You have some padding problems between titles and contents in both sidebars. Change the footer too. Good Luck.

If i were you would remove the bottom line under navigation and the new design is better and more simple. Good luck.

Guys i have one other question: What category should i post the Hair Salon template ? Health & Beauty or Miscellaneous.

You have no chance getting accepted. Everything is a mess.

There are a lot of padding issues. Header and footer doesn’t have the same color. You don’t have high quality icons. Shadows in slider arrows, under the slider and in the footer doesn’t look good. Good luck.
