how do i make payment from my Nigeria MasterCard because skrill is not available in Nigeria?

We use both PayPal and MoneyBookers (Skrill) so you would need to check if they work in your country here:

Skrill

Skrill is a little harder to track down but they work in 200 countries and 40 currencies. Might need to contact their help desk to find out more.

I actually think that the country of Nigeria has special restrictions, and not so much PayPal or Moneybookers.

Same problem here with Support..

Its been 6 days going but no action or replay on support ticket.. today marketplace is passing 4,002,293 users and people still have to wait days and days for getting a replay on important issues i know Live Support is very far! or almost impossible but atleast be responsible for ticket support

In our old system, if you replied to your own ticket before we could answer it would push you back in the queue. The good news is that with the new system, it’s no longer an issue.

I’m waiting for the answer to my question for 5-day. It is rather annoying. These changes will speed up the response of staff to the author, who need help?
We’ve been bringing on and training new Support staff for the past few months, but we’d really love to get the reply times down and the ticket queue under control. Sorry for the longer than usual wait for ticket responses. We’re hoping this new system will help us identify bottle necks so that we can move people through the backlog quicker or help users answer their questions without needing to open a ticket. Thanks!
