I bought the script version of a product that I need the WordPress plugin version of, I haven;t downloaded the script yet. I see a lot of “GLWS”, “good luck with sales”, “nice work”, “nice item”, etc. These comments are spam, from authors hoping that when the buyers are checking the latest items, they will click their names and see their portfolio. It might be be an idea to add an automatic check when a new comment is created, that verifies if the comment has at least 10-15 characters.
Sometime I found a great item and I could not stop commenting “Nice work!, GLWS”
Continue writing on your script and upload awesome updates. You won’t lose any customers or something similar like this. Create a new comment on your script to notice all customers/viewers about this. Cheers, Elitecode
Thank you for your advice, I will write notice in my item description so buyer will ignore this guy He is keeping doing this, when I give he some advice and give some proof, he flag my comment. When I send ticket to support, there’s a week for support to reply and that time he removed his comment already so maybe your advice is the only thing I could do Cheers.
Today I found an author who own an item which has similar concept with my item (I could say he is my competitor in this type of script). The funny is he making a clone account, talking about his script, compare two script and say that he will go with “his script”. This is not the first time, he always try say wrong thing about my item to distract my buyer, what I have to do in this case? Surely I cannot stay 24/24 on my computer, wait for his comment and flag them or contact support because I did but no help. He also go to my other script, tell it have bug but cannot list these bugs, just talk about something not true and keep doing that over and over again.
Anyone have an idea about this, how to deal with this guy? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Well, yes. But, the most social networks on codecanyon I’ve seen are based on phpDolphin. Why? It doesn’t really look flat or responsive but almost everyone is using it.

What you mean “based on”? THey are all code with different framework or built from scratch, no one is a copy of each other. The only similar thing is that they have the same concept: “Social network”. And I’m surely think that the first time phpDolphin released, its homepage look just like social Engine so don’t think phpDolphin is the very first one, it just like all social network in this marketplace but release earliest

If in your standards 7$ is a burger, then in some countries 7$ is a one week salary!!I wouldn’t deposit 20$ to buy something priced at 7$ if I am not interested in buying any other items, otherwise it is similar to paying 20$ for that 7$ item. Why spend the remaining 14$ on items that I don’t want or I don’t care aout?
Totally agree, $7 is sallary for a day in my country (some jobs). But anyone know deposit for purchase and payless than single payment is a business strategy and Envato are doing it right
Totally agree, I don’t think our support ticket’s working. My last ticket is about 10 days ago about copyright and trademark, no response so far even I tweet on envato. I don’t want to retweet or re-send any tickets anymore.
