I have an iPod Touch…and do somebody know if I can change my icons and background on my ipod touch.. as example with this icons package here http://mantia.me/iphone/buuf/

and if yes do you can explain me how to? or perhaps you have a tutorial how to do it?

Hi iDraw, I used to use Logic Express when I was a student but moved onto Ableton Live and never looked back. Logic Express was ok, but just didn’t gel with the way I liked to make music, however this might be different for you

They do a Live LE version which is very fairly priced, and its an awesome music production tool (even better if you ever want to play live).
