I would suggest patience. There are problems with all things human, and this is no exception. Undoubtedly, this incident was much bigger and affected many more people than originally expected, and Envato is making sure that each ticket and incident is resolved fully. If you have an urgent project that needs immediate attention, I would re-purchase the item via credit card and continue from there. The people at Envato will undoubtedly take into consideration the issues of multiple charges and deal with them accordingly and fairly. Personally, I am willing to try Paypal again for my deposit, since the issue has since been resolved since, and report my results here.

I also purchased a file using PayPal called “World Summer Festival Flyer Template.” When completing the checkout process, I was informed via error message upon redirect to Graphic River that the payment could not be applied. I retried again through the “Bill Me Later” option, and it yielded the same results. I am only wishing to opt for one payment, not two, however.
