I love Themeforest and been a member for a few years. But recently i have noticed the support drop. I paid money into my account but it was the exact time Themeforest were doing changes to the website and so it didn’t redirect me to the “made a payment” page and therefore the money didn’t get added.
Its been two days now and I have not heard anything?
I really hope they help soon, and also improve support.
