I have a opinion, maybe a silly opinion
--beginning, this just happened to my customer, he gave rate and extra comment to one of my items. like this >>
wow… really surprised me, only “one star”
and after see the comments, Oooow.. I get it, actually element on my template full layered and fully editable, I made it with few master slides and I know he’s make mistake..,
when I want to make a clarification, I did not know which way? because he did not contact me via email or leave a comment on the item page. and I try to click on her profile page, then… please help, is there another way to contact the customer? because I want all my customers happy and satisfied.
and my opinion for the future, is it possible when added comment box, as shown below but this is just my opinion ,
