I just wanted to offer some respect and remember the guy who created a lifestyle of products which I use everyday. Not only for pleasure but to make my work look good and inspires me to do it better. A man who I think now must be talking to Socrates, Picasso, Dalí, Ghandi, Lennon, etc. He was and will be pure inspiration to us. He made us look cool, and love our gadgets.

Keep it up Lung , This is a hard-work designer community, so when you put the hours on this, you´ll see the results, both the financial and personal rewards. Many great people around here.

to Graphic-Studio… No they don’t. Lets say you sell lemonade or ice cream during summer, and you want something printed on your stand along with your name. Do you really need a logo for 500$? No you don’t. You need something like it for 30$. So what if someone else have the same symbol. After all the summer is only 3-4 months and then you are closing the business. Some of you may not believe it, but there are millions of business like that. And they DON ’T need a real logo in the way most people understand it. They need just a SYMBOL , representing their product. It just so happens they call it logo. A matter of semantics.

I agree on this one!, and I think this is the main reason for this category, This is called “themed logos”, which are almost the same as a logo BUT the use and purpose of creating it is: Events, promos, themed advertising campaigns, etc.

The thing is: we will have logos and “themed logos” (or whatever you may call them) in a same bag, same price, and that´s where some items are going to be underpriced because they´re not the same obviously. It´s going to be unfair to some author to bring some cool, original and creative stuff in this category and be leveled to another “disposable” logo.

It would be really cool to reconsider this category and to have this two separate kind of “logos” and give each one a different price, but I know it can be very tricky for the envato staff to deal with that in every reviewing process. It´s a very subjective issue.

Anyway, Best of luck for those authors who bring really creative, well presented and quality designed items. I´m confident those always stand-up and get the big sales! .
