I don’t know if this is the right place to post this, or if I should post on the market.
I’m basically looking to hire someone to assist with support for my plugins. I only ever hit around a maximum of 20 support tickets, but as I work full time running my own development agency, support often takes a backseat. I want all my customers happy, but I just can’t find the time!
Does anyone offer their services in this area? Do get in touch.

I had a 3 star rating from someone for the following reason:
“I have yet to use this and may never so don’t feel it an essential plug in.”
I felt this was pretty unfair, how can you rate something you never used? And why buy it? Either way, I was told it had to stay! Oh well..
