Just from my experience, it does that for a long time. An hour or so. I have learned to just close the window and come back a few hours later and, if you did the FTP correctly, it will show up. If you come back and it still shows “in processing” the next day, then you probably uploaded FTP incorrectly. Just my experience with it now. FTP is finicky. I have trouble with it a third of the time. Sometimes after uploading all the photos into the photo file, the model release file disappears and NEVER returns—-which means what I uploaded is worthless without the attached MR. Do over. Again. Something should really be done so we cam upload directly on site without all this zipping stuff. Rather unnecessarily complicated, the most of any other site. Odd.
Got a reply saying all is fixed but , not. Cannot FTP at all.
Yes, I tried it again and it just spins and spins without getting processed.
I uploaded via FTP and when I went to edit, it showed processing error, with the reason being all Model Releases all need to be zipped in .jpg format, etc… Yet, when I tried uploading a single file, it went thru fine. All my MR are in jpg so what is wrong? None of the FTP uploads went like this before.
There must be a hidden “hidden” tab I am missing. I understand hard rejects cannot be resubmitted—-thus no place on our dashboard to view these, correct? But soft rejects can. But where is the resubmit button tab?? Or is there an obscure tab somewhere with all my rejected photos so I can check them off against my digital list…or are the email notifications the only way to know which are rejected and why? Sorry, but the dashboard is not very informative.
Easy. Monkey Business, Andres, Yuri Arcurs, Iofoto…to name a few.
Canon 5D and 5D Mark II…The Mark II is definitely better
