Here’s some customizations that i’ve done regarding the sites layout orientation. Check the url https://dl.dropbox.com/u/20885327/Kahlam.png
I haven’t changed anything from sidebar because of time problem but can tell u try using square tabs for tabbed widget. Also try making the tags more unique to the theme. Change their color and style.
Also improve you HTML /CSS coding techniques. Saw poor management of techniques. Regarding header try aligning all the elements in straight line like i have done URL .
Also in the footer Posts with thumbnail might look good.
Yeh That’s what i was talking about
Try creating a ticket and along with upload the files again.
This time in the column “Comment’s to reviewer” add the details of your problem. I think they will understand and will surely try reviewing it again.
Haha took my words out
The reviewer in cause is [removed], maybe he can point out what’s wrong.
Firstly during soft rejection i think item doesn’t get updated until the final acceptance. I had the same thing while my last item got soft rejected, files where not updated while softly rejected.
Also i think you should contact the support. I really don’t know how much time they may take but seeing the current time i think [removed]is mostly online this time so you may get a quick reply
people act like this is some sort of museum. Let the money decide.
Instead of asking for a better search functionality let me start asking for deleting every item from the other authors except mine. Yeah, that makes sense.
Who made all of you maximum experts in how themes should look?Do some of you think there is a quality drop? I assume your work is awesome and the quality drop is not about you. Then be happy! More crappy items from others more your item will sell! Profit!
I think you haven’t read the thread. Its not about quality its about exposure. Designers are doing the best i appreciate but does that best fits themeforest as it did in the earlier days
As a suggestion i really can’t say if its currently used, i think there should be a two way approach while accepting theme. Firstly design approach, if its accepted the theme should be sent to check its coding technique.
Seeing the type of theme’s getting accepted i think surely a developer must be approving the uploaded items not a designer
Another thing that i noticed in the item discussion section, people are just constantly uploading rejected themes. I mean if i would do a 100 times it will automatically get accepted as the reviewer himself/herself will get tired up pointing out the things.
I think there must be thing like maximum uploads per item per month, maybe 5-10 or something. Once its accepted the maximum uploads shall be no longer valid for that item.
