Even thought i have already been 2 years in this marketplace, im still very struggling to handle angry customer. they sometime ask something that out of our scope. blame us for server problem. writing it all with all CAPITAL letter that hurt our eyes very much. asking for SKYPE or telp number or even visiting our home. i’m a normal human, and my work is not customer service (that having ton stock of tolerant handling this kind of customer) ,i can help my self to talking harsh to them too. Thanks god he is not in front of me, or it can become envato big news because i attack him only because $50 wordpress template. HAHAHA.
i personally don’t really like being pushed (this is one reason i quitting job and join this marketplace so i can quit being pushed), when i get pushed with their attitude, i would rather to give them refund instead being push me again.
so the question is, how you handle your angry customer while giving support is completely optional. how to keep calm to handle this kind of customer?

hi jonnyhello, you don’t need to worry, we not running anywhere. we are just update the themes to make it fit with what reviewer want, hopefully it will resolve all the problem very soon.
we don’t have estimate time when it will back online again, our item is on hand of reviewer now.
Our item just get soft disabled this morning and we just updated it. How long it will take to review because the progress bar isn’t getting increase
Our customer is worried about it and so does we.

About a years ago, i still remember that we will need to separate metabox, shortcode and other functionality into plugin. do we still need to do this? it seems buyers quite confuse with this mechanism, especially with plugin update (im using plugin update checker).
No reply for this problem? its still unrated. i see new themes having already well documented documentation while my documentation is still unrated.
