hi ThemeBeans, you are currently using mediatemple? wow mediatemple is expensive. its almost the same price with hostgator. also i see that your server response time still above 0.4 sec (if you currently using mediatemple).

i consider to move our hosting from hostgator to another hosting next month. currently i try linode, it having far better speed for WordPress execution time (about 10 times faster) but i notice that their network is not as good as hostgator. i notice when try to use same WordPress themes, it giving me same google page speed server speed (while on linode execution time is 10x faster than hostgator).
can you give me suggestion what hosting the best for hosting several number of WordPress instance. anyone have any experience with aws?
i personally don’t think this deserve hard reject. well, i also don’t know what hard reject is actually. if little more polish mean hard reject, than your item deserve hard reject , fortunately i never encountered hard reject from all of my item.your themes is good, but several point need to be fixed i think.
- logo. it seems not fit with your whole design.
- font choosen not very good i think. when i change it to normal serif, it look better. you may find better font on google. size of font is good for reading.
- several element like star is overlaping with other text. (on recent, popular, review tab)
- login form is way to small. its better if you remove it.
- Follow us button, is not contain the wrapper. look little weird for me.
- Footer will need quite big change. i don’t see it intuitive.
- breaking news width is not as width as with container.
you should not give up with this themes, this one is good. little more polish, it will surely get accepted.
i wonder what kind of case causing this kind of rejection?
Even thought i have already been 2 years in this marketplace, im still very struggling to handle angry customer. they sometime ask something that out of our scope. blame us for server problem. writing it all with all CAPITAL letter that hurt our eyes very much. asking for SKYPE or telp number or even visiting our home. i’m a normal human, and my work is not customer service (that having ton stock of tolerant handling this kind of customer) ,i can help my self to talking harsh to them too. Thanks god he is not in front of me, or it can become envato big news because i attack him only because $50 wordpress template. HAHAHA.
i personally don’t really like being pushed (this is one reason i quitting job and join this marketplace so i can quit being pushed), when i get pushed with their attitude, i would rather to give them refund instead being push me again.
so the question is, how you handle your angry customer while giving support is completely optional. how to keep calm to handle this kind of customer?

hi jonnyhello, you don’t need to worry, we not running anywhere. we are just update the themes to make it fit with what reviewer want, hopefully it will resolve all the problem very soon.
we don’t have estimate time when it will back online again, our item is on hand of reviewer now.
Our item just get soft disabled this morning and we just updated it. How long it will take to review because the progress bar isn’t getting increase
Our customer is worried about it and so does we.

About a years ago, i still remember that we will need to separate metabox, shortcode and other functionality into plugin. do we still need to do this? it seems buyers quite confuse with this mechanism, especially with plugin update (im using plugin update checker).
