Hi Todik! You are welcome to open multiple accounts, as long as you’re following the Marketplace rules (for example, you can’t submit the same items across multiple accounts, or purchase your own items) and are not breaking any laws. Keep in mind, we can’t merge accounts or transfer balances across them, so you should be sure that it’s the right move for you long-term.
If you’ve got a question about your specific circumstances, you should contact Envato Support. Hope that helps!
Hi steniobg, you should view this post for more information: http://graphicriver.net/forums/thread/update-dealing-with-reversed-purchases-/96939?page=1If you want more information on that specific sale reversal, you should do as it says in your screenshot and contact Envato Support at: http://support.envato.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
I’m going to lock this thread, as there’s no other information we can give you on the forums. Envato Support is the way to go if you have more questions. Thanks!
Gbs is correct — the author is the best person to talk to about any issue you encounter using the item, though it’s optional for them to support their items on ThemeForest. You can get in touch with the author through the contact form on their profile page: http://themeforest.net/user/AVAThemes
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, you can contact Envato Support here: http://support.envato.com/index.php
I’m going to lock this thread now, as it’s four years old and some of the information in the older posts might not be correct any longer. Thanks!
Hey Charles, we’ve sent the ticket to the devs. We’ll keep you updated!
I just sent you an email through your contact form, but I checked on support and it looks like your ticket has been responded to as well. Support are your best bet for resolving this issue.
We’ve launched a lean little troubleshooter on the Envato Support Center, to help with some common questions we often see in the form of support tickets. It’s accessible via the Support Center homepage at support.envato.com, or by simply clicking here.
If you’ve got a question or issue that you think needs to be answered by Envato Support, take a look through the troubleshooter first to see if there’s a solution there. If you notice anything you think is missing or any strange behaviour, let us know here. There shouldn’t be any dead ends—the idea is that either you’ll find the answer to your problem, or be directed to the ‘open a ticket’ page if we need some more details. We’re starting simple and will be adding more options over time.
Hey lucato, sorry for the delay! All you need to do for FTP upload is make sure that when you upload a batch of images, you’ve included every relevant model and property release form for that batch in the same upload. We do recommend uploading batches based on common release forms (for example, if you’ve got 50 photos that all feature combinations of models A, B and C, upload those as one batch with the three corresponding model release forms, then do a second batch with models C, D and E and their three release forms) but so long as you’ve included all the right forms, it’s not a problem.
Hi snipesnipes, I’ll look into the status of your ticket, but I’m also going to lock this thread as it’s a six month old thread on another topic. We’ll be in touch via Support!
Sorry to hear you’re still having issues, EladChai. I’ve opened a support ticket (you should have received an email to the address associated with your account) so that Ben can go into more detailed diagnosis and try to get to the bottom of it.
