Hey CreativB, you wouldn’t have seen any sales reversals on your statement before as up until two months ago Envato was absorbing the cost in most cases. Essentially, we were paying you (the author) even though no money for the purchase ever made it to us. The link Dzinc posted above goes into more detail.

Hey there,
I’ve fixed that up for you this time.
If you ever need to update anything on your item (whether it’s just a tag or the whole main file) you can do that by going to the ‘Edit’ tab for that item. For the item you’re talking about, this is the link to the ‘Edit’ tab. Just pop in what you want to change, and then (depending on whether or not the change you’re making requires review) it’ll either be updated on the live item, or the changes will go into the review queue. Your item remains live while you’re waiting for the update to be reviewed.
Hope that helps!

I’m sure you guys have had a much longer involvement with WordPress than I have had—I remember making my first blog (now thankfully gone from the internet :P) and being so excited to get set up and start writing. That’s quite a long time ago now! I’d love to hear more stories about when you first picked up WordPress.
Happy tenth anniversary, WordPress! Ten years is an impressive milestone.

Hi Todik! You are welcome to open multiple accounts, as long as you’re following the Marketplace rules (for example, you can’t submit the same items across multiple accounts, or purchase your own items) and are not breaking any laws. Keep in mind, we can’t merge accounts or transfer balances across them, so you should be sure that it’s the right move for you long-term.
If you’ve got a question about your specific circumstances, you should contact Envato Support. Hope that helps!

Hey emilioenigma,
Gbs is correct — the author is the best person to talk to about any issue you encounter using the item, though it’s optional for them to support their items on ThemeForest. You can get in touch with the author through the contact form on their profile page: http://themeforest.net/user/AVAThemes
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, you can contact Envato Support here: http://support.envato.com/index.php
I’m going to lock this thread now, as it’s four years old and some of the information in the older posts might not be correct any longer. Thanks!

Hey Viral-Legacy, your item is set back to soft-rejected now. Your best bet in this situation is to contact Envato Support, because deleted items don’t go into the review queue, they’re removed entirely.
