Using Filezilla on OSX , FTP server keeps crashing in the middle of a transfer, causing some checksum errors and issues with the files, even though resuming is an “option” , it usually creates errors, obviously, its followed by an email from a reviewer saying “You should check your files before you upload them”
Has anyone else encountered that problem?
Are you rendering an FLV straight out of After Effects? If yes, maybe you should try to render a Quicktime first and then drag that quicktime onto the Queue in Adobe Media Encoder, they have “built in” presets that are high quality and perfectly suitable for this situation, just make sure your Audio is enabled in the preferences.
Hey Jordan, how much of an impact do you think this will have on Marketplace authors in terms of sales? Seems like a lot of the Tuts+ members are frustrated and angry, are there are a lot of them who were buyers or potential buyers?
Stylius saidHey Stylius, how do you think writing “Spain is going to win” whenever someone thinks differently than you do, in every page of this thread makes you look? Now… imagine how it would make you look if they would lose.
tsafi saidYes Well, I say Spain will do that.
^On what? That Germany take the cup ?
Yes, same here, over a month has gone by, 7 files and they’re all under the status: “New submission”
Happy Birthday! May everyday feel as a birthday for you
Happened to me a few times, with a few updated inlines, still a mystery if it was support that fixed it for me or it was just time that passed by and somehow their databases synced or something. But definitely happened to me more than once, guess its some fault in the Inline images – Databases – Hover functions when it comes to updating.
Spain – Portugal is going to be a great match. There’s a feeling that says this one is going to be a surprising match for the Spaniards, since everyone’s already feeling and behaving like Spain is already in the finals with Germany or Italy.
