stuff reviewers, authors and buyers?
Did you contact the author for assistance (if purchased from here) for the current theme? All themes are thoroughly reviewed to be working as shown.
So I think you mean in your account you don’t have enough – you are $2 short? You will have to deposit more money then unfortunately – or use the buy now and pay the surcharge. The support link is in the footer of every page of the website and also in the header under “Help”
here’s the link:https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=37840
You should contact Envato support with regard to you not being able to download your purchase – not sure why you have to pay $200 more… confused.
Just a heads up that theme support (or any product support) is offered voluntarily by the author of the item and not Envato – Envato just run a marketplace that allows authors to sell through them.
You are correct however in the customer support is offered via Envato themselves for issues relating to payments, your account etc.
Also it may be worth mentioning that support is not a requirement for selling here either, some do not offer support, most do and many offer excellent support also – but it is free and limited in most cases.
As for the 2 day delay, unfortunately you may have a lot longer to wait for a response – on average I believe they run 5-7 days to respond (in my experience and as I have seen reported by other users).
Hang in there unfortunately.
Try re-zipping that file then maybe something wrong when the server here tries to unpack the zip file possibly.
Exactly what it states – theme preview is missing – which is explained in the upload form in that particular section:
‘ZIP file of images (png/jpg) w/ optional text descriptions for display on the site’
Sending unsolicited emails to a subscribe list that was not created by users actually signing up for emails from yourselves, whether it’s promotion, newsletter or important information is spam.
Always make sure people actually sign-up for your newsletter on the understanding that they will receive various information from you, otherwise if all these people start to mark your emails as junk and spam what will happen very quickly is your server will be blacklisted.
Once on a blacklist getting removed is next to impossible. You need to be very careful especially as out of 4 people that have responded to this thread 50% say they never signed up then it’s 100% spam.
