You can deposit $100, $200 or even $500. Also as @uziiuzair mentions, if the buyer has visited ThemeForest before clicking your referral link, the referral link will not work. The referral link has to be the very first think the buyer clicks.

I didn’t find any option of deposit of $200 and above in single transaction.

Suppose buyer didn’t visited ThemeForest before and his first visit is through my referral.

According to envato

When a new user clicks your referral link, signs up for an account and purchases an item (or deposits money) via any of the Envato Market sites, you will receive 30% of that person’s first cash deposit or purchase price. If they deposit $20 into their account, you get $6. If they buy a $200 item, you get $60.

If my client buy items of $225 using my referral and pays full amount via paypal I can get $66. If they count 100$ deposit as first cash deposit then I will get only 30$. Loss of $36.

One of my client want to purchase items of order $225 and he is unable to pay via paypal. So the next payment option available is first deposit amount equal to $225 using Skrill. Max amount can be deposited is 100$. So my question is if he deposit amount in three transactions of 100+100+30= 230 and makes a purchase of $225, how much commission I will earn.

Is anyone else having trouble when viewing updated article templates through the preview app? I have updated the css but it seems to be caching the old version. I’ve tried logging out and back in again, clicking on different articles and “Refresh Publication” – none of which is sorting the issue. Loosing a bit of time on it and don’t have much left!

Uninstall the app in this case and install it again. Same problem occurred with me and solved with re-installing of app.

The themes that have been already accepted are just soft-disabled so you can improve preview images. I think they have sent an e-mail to all of you explaining what’s happening and how to reupload your themes.

According to new terms “Article templates must be unique from each other. You may include additional/minor variations of a template, but these will not be factored into theme pricing.”

In other words, things like very minor css or color modifications do not count toward a template’s uniqueness. The uniqueness of each template will be reviewed by Envato staff.

Where did you read this? Just reading over the competition guidelines and I’m not seeing this.

By the way, I realized after reading through the full terms and conditions (http://support.envato.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/311/0/envatos-most-wanted-terms--conditions) that Envato bases eligibility on when you submit an item, not when it is approved. i.e. It can be approved after the competition ends, so long as it was submitted before it ended.

Cheers, Eric

I got the email from envato staff.
