Thank you all for the input. plugin-check does not work without theme-check so once l had both plugins installed and activated it worked well. Both found here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/plugin-check/ http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/theme-check/ (for anyone with a similar problem).
corsonr, also thank you for your suggestion on using wp in debug mode. I think we’re not good to go!
Hi guys, a new project l’m working on was rejected by the Code Canyon staff. The reviewer told me to run my plugin through “plugincheck WP plugin” to find errors in my plugin.
Can someone please tell me where l can find this plugin? All l found after googling was this: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/plugin-check/ It’s called Plugin-Check—and it reported no issues with my plugin.
Hi guys, l’m trying to update my plugin and add a jquery ui slider so the user can select a percentage value. Currently my plugin just uses an ugly select box (yuck) and l’d love to have it be a jquery ui slider, but l can’t figure out how the heck l’m supposed to get it to work within my wordpress plugin. Can anyone help me out?
Sweet http://snipplr.com/view/8121/html-test-page-for-css-style-guide is exactly what l was looking for, thanks man!
I’m on the verge of submitting a few templates to theme forest and l was wondering if there is a standard “typography markup” example that l could use to show potential buyers all of the various stylings available with my themes? If anyone could share a link or something that would be great!
I’m trying to find someone who l can work with to have an already sliced up and coded web page adapted to a Magento theme. I am on a tight deadline and have never created a Magento theme. Unfortunately l underestimated the complexity of themeing for Magento and l do not believe l would be able to learn the ins and outs needed to created a theme for Magento quickly enough for this project.
That’s where you come in.
+ I have a homepage/category level page sliced up and coded in valid xHTML as we’d want it to appear on the Magento site. URL : http://www.jspicher.com/magento_theme/index.html
+ I have a product view page sliced up and coded in valid xHTML as we’d want it to appear on the Magento site. URL : http://www.jspicher.com/magento_theme/product_page.html
+ And finally l have a shopping cart page sliced up and coded as we’d want it to appear on the Magento site. URL : http://www.jspicher.com/magento_theme/cart.html
NOTE : these are not the final layouts, l do have a set that is slightly changed however l forgot to bring the source files home with me this weekend – the changes are very minor, wording changes on links in the header, and a few graphical changes to the footer images; that sort of thing.
We will be using a custom checkout solution (via the api) because we do not want to require users to register and want to have a streamlined checkout process. We will be taking care of this aspect of the Magento install.
If this is something you would be able to work on please provide me with a price estimate, and the absolute latest (day/date) you would have the work done by. Of course links to a portfolio (with working Magento themes) would be a plus just to verify that you can do the work.
Thank you very much for your time.
Cool thanks! email sent.
Howdy guys, I just searched codecanyon.net for a survey script and couldn’t find anything. I’m awfully interested in a script that would make it so l could mimic a survey from survey monkey onto my site, with similar features on the backend.
Just an idea for any of you developers out there who are looking for what scripts to tackle next
