As far as I remember I had the same problem in my practise. Look at your server logs

It amazes me that people fuss over $10 more for a theme that took hundreds of hours of development time. But these same people don’t think twice when spending $50+ on a restaurant dinner.
A lot of authors sell their work, along with support, for the same price as authors who effectively offer no support, or very limited support – is there not room for this?
Can you clarify what is “support” and “limited support”? Just want to know what this for you as buyer. Which difference? An examples?

It’s can be a weird, but one of my themes has a 5 stars rating (in any case before it’s happened). Today one of a buyers gave a 5 star rating to this theme and the overall rating become…..4 star. He send me a screenshot with this and I can’t understand how this possible.

Yes, you right. I don’t tell that I don’t helping a customers with this queries. But if you getting more than 20+ queries with this question it’s really can killing you. My post was a cry from the heart
