hey, oh sorry my mistake i was talking about site5, not SiteGround. sorry for confuse you. but on site5 its impossible to run websites with high traffic, their resources system is pretty bad. i have no experience with SiteGround.
hey richard, i know your problem very well. at first i guess there is the problem with the good and fast hosting, i know site ground well, its ok from speed and connection, but not that good if its about using their server resources, they are pretty limited, got last weeks huge trouble with them. i just moved to media temple wordpress hosting, and dude its so fast! so think about a solid hosting provider.
i often failed with all these highly customizable themes. somethings they are so full of features, additional plugins you need to download and overwhelming options. so i often bought themes i don’t or can’t really use. but there are many good themes and authors here. personally i check out profile, files, ratings, descriptions, change logs, support possibilities and maybe they add references of websites who used their themes successfully … to make a purchase decision.
but at the end i end up with sleek specific themes which only provide the features i really need.
lets hope never lose my house key again
ThemeBounty saidworks fine for me
I don’t get new sign ups, or any deposits, so it’s pretty useless.
ThemeBounty saidthat sounds like shooting your own leg. if people want money on every sale it will end up in a probably more worse system with more restrictions than before. imagine something like 5%-10% for 1y of any sale, you will probably earn less than now, furthermore it would makes no sense to refer for anything else than tf anymore. overall there is huge potential to improve the affiliate system.
say 5%, but for every single referral that buys something.
ThemeBounty saidwho knows if they care… but analyzing envato progress in last years some of their concepts are not that sustainable as they might should be.
But Envato just used the affiliate system to get their member base to what it is now, and then they dont care about affiliates anymore. Why would they? They just used the system for a great scapegoat for other plans.
ThemeBounty saidat least its not envato’s fault but if you ask me there are tons of people who never heard about envato. its more about where to put affiliated products and links.
Envato – Fix your affiliate system, PLEASE. Do you know how difficult it is to find a person that is not registered on Envato anymore?
i know this too, solution is simple:
when its about business cards i would prefer illustrator. in general its nice to serve both formats. psd and ai
