Hi amit_patel_ .
The featured project is chosen by the envato team.
Unique and great products are choosen by the team and in some cases good selling products are prefered to be featured.
Hi addeystock ,
Same here.I have some friends who use surface pro 3 for after effects and they are happy with it.
They never had any problem using it with AE.I had used it with a couple of projects for just testing it and it works great.Fast enough to get all you work done.
Used it also with C4D and with Maya and both worked good. Not so fast for rendering heavy scenes with 3D but you will get the job done.
The only problem is that it has a intel graphics card which is not supported by VCP Element 3D .
I had a little chat with Matt Kramer from the videocopilot team and this is what he said :
” Some may experience limited functionality with Intel cards but unfortunately there will most likely be problems. “
But everything else is great with AE.
Just a friendly advice: the Surface Pro 4 will be out soon (maybe June) and I am waiting for it too.
So if you have no hurry it’s better to wait for SPro4 which will have 16Gb ram and 1 Tb SSD hopefully.
Or if you still want the SPro3 you can get it for a better price.
Go to your settings and you will see the API Keys tab in the list at the left side.
Click on it and type any label you want like “filezilla” and click on generate API key.
Use the generated key where you need it.
