Would have been very nice to have an explanation about these two tabs, Public portfolio & Active items. As it is now, I’m almost thinking the whole thing with the “visual refresh” was made just so they could fit an extra portfolio tab into that row, tab that no one knows what it does… Needless to mention, the Public portfolio shows items in a random order.
So basically you’ve released an experimental design and are seeing how it goes?
I don’t see any mention of usability testing on your list of things to do.This is a shockingly amateur approach for a site as busy and big as this.
+1 That’s what I was just thinking. This is just wrong, I’m pretty sure the “experiment” could have been tested properly without launching it for millions of users…
Ever since the change, each time I visit the marketplaces, I just expect to see an improved header or something other than this terrible, terrible design. Don’t mean to sound harsh, but this is one of the worst changes I’ve seen in terms of UX.

You should click “submit for approval” each time you are ready to send a proof. And the buyer should also click Request another revision (I’m not sure if this is the exact name of that button) each time they want some changes – all this in connection to the number of revisions you set for that service. When they’re happy with the job, they have to click Approve and then you should submit the final files, there’s a button to “Complete job”.
I have the same problem, every few minutes the site’s down – really annoying!
Noticed that since a couple of days one of my fun facts says You’re ranked 4309th for sales on AudioJungle I only have items on GR and TF, I never had any item on AudioJungle, so this looks like a mistake. And looking at the top authors there, my ranking is quite good, there are about 800 users after me
