I’m sure that’s okay, me and Elliot’s train doesn’t get in until 13:27 ;)
If I miss my train I can get on the same one I think…. That one is going to platform 1A from Shropshire. correct?
I’m not sure of its origin. Elliot (coming from Chester) should be that on that one so hopefully I will meet him on the train when it arrives @ 12:52 at Telford Station (where I’m getting on, which is in Shropshire yes).

So, the weekend is looming and their is one last thing to mention…

RULES OF ARRIVAL

On arrival you MUST be wearing at least one Envato Logo, printed out A4 size (cut out if you want) somewhere VISIBLE on your body. You may add other logos if you wish but you MUST have the Envato logo present as well.

The most ridiculous/creative/clever/outrageous will win a prize… those who don’t join in will be docked serious points from the afternoon challenge, really uncool.

You can find the logos near the top of this page

Good luck! :sunglasses2:
Curious, why do we have to? :P

maybe look at hostels if you want something cheaper? Try laterooms.com too, they’re usually quite good for last minutes…
All sorted now :D See the original thread :)

Ok guys. I have booked my train and hotel. I am not staying where you guys are but it’s nearby. Look forward to meeting you :)
I’m all booked up now! Decided to stay at the same hotel as Elliot :)

Me and Elliot are planning to arrive at 13:27 (train scheduled arrival).

Would love to come to this, Birmingham isn’t too far for me (about 35min on the train). But just took a look at hotel prices and its about £75 for the night :( Bit expensive for just myself.

Sure coz u have add 10px to the left and to the right, so change width of .container to 940px.

I don’t think you understood me, I need the 980 width container.

I’m doing some experimenting with different site widths and I’m having one problem. I’m wanting to use a 980 container width. So I’ve taken the Skeleton framework, taken the container css:

.container { position: relative; width: 960px; margin: 0 auto; padding: 0; }

And changed it to

.container { position: relative; width: 960px; margin: 0 auto; padding: 0 10px; }

to expand the width out as this is what I need.

The layout works great on desktop, iPhone and iPad LANDSCAPE but for some reason it won’t all fit on the iPad portrait orientation? It overlaps with about 20pixels.

My mobile meta tag is:

meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1”

I’ve uploaded a basic example so you can take a quick look (obviously you’ll need an iPad) -

sites.lukespoor.com/layout/

Orange background is the container with the 10px of padding on left & right, and the red is the 940px sixteen column.

Any ideas how to take this 980width on with the portrait orientation on the iPad?
