It says they only answer support through the items comment page http://themeforest.net/item/office-responsive-business-theme/1718861/support
yes, and in the comment section for most questions, not an answer is given, but instead a link to the site where those questions are answered. And that site doesnt work anymore, which makes all these replies on the comment section useless….they tell you to go to a site that expiredhttp://themeforest.net/item/office-responsive-business-theme/1718861/comments?filter=all&site=themeforest.net&term=menu+items+css&utf8=%E2%9C%93
We are using the Office Responsive Business Theme http://themeforest.net/item/office-responsive-business-theme/1718861/comments and the website where all the help information is, just expired and cannot be used anymorehttp://wpthemehelp.com/?reqp=1&reqr=M3IlraWmLzIlMzphLKWa
I understand that you might not want to continue a product, but deleting the page which has all the relevant help information for a theme that was purchased thousands of times is outrageous. Anyone knows whom I can complain to or how I can get that help information again?
we have the same problem. On our Chinese website for the “interns” menu we want to add an icon to the menu, same as we have it for example for “Chinese courses” and the other menu options. In the Theme Documentation, it says we should enter the icon we want under “CSS classes (Optional)”, however this line does not show up at all when we go into editing menus in Wordpress.
@BenSheppard, how would contacting the author work? The link you posted does not lead to a contact from. Is it possible to get a reply here?
