I’ll send you an email today, been looking to get back into client work for the last little while..
I am looking to partner up with someone with an excellent knowledge of WordPress coding, who has done work in the past (preferably on ThemeForest).
My past projects have been many, with one very successful theme published on ThemeForest, under partnership with DDStudios (Fler for WordPress).
Looking for a dedicated, very communicative programmer who has some previous work to show; I will be handling the design portion and the potential partner will handle the coding end of the projects (however if you would like to contribute to the design process as well that is even better ).
The potential partner should be able to communicate in English proficiently and be a bit of a perfectionist
Communication will be had via Skype or an instant message platform of your choosing, hopefully in the same time zone (Montreal time). A contract detailing the payment rates and percentages will be signed to protect yourself as well as myself from potential problems down the line, we are starting a business after all
While I’m not an avid poster in the forums I am very familiar with ThemeForest and have a pretty good reputation so you shouldn’t worry about any inconsistencies on my end..
What I had in mind for the profits would be a 50/50 split, with wiggle room down the line (for an increase on your end of the profits) depending on how things go.. I have a couple of themes ready to go, so expect to start working immediately!
If you are interested please do not hesitate to shoot me an email with some past work and a little about yourself: firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you for your time!
In short yes, but you wouldn’t want to.
UI20 saidWhen do you receive support requests for items?
I brought this up months ago but sadly most people didn’t think this to be a problem. Now we are knee deep in it like I said we would be. Oh well… Maybe this could be a learning experience for Envato.
you just made my day, thank you
I had no clue these templates even existed until now, wow that’s insane, what are we going to sell next customized “find me on twitter” buttons?
I think that if we start offering things like these it will be a slippery slope, and pretty soon there will be a large portion of ThemeForest dedicated to the likes of glittery, sparkle-full MySpace-esq templates.
Just my opinion…
I know some of you will get a kick out of this, this is what happens when you let a designer design your lost cat poster
Usually in Canada you can buy it straight from the phone company, it will however cost around $700-$800
Also, asta e prima data cand te-am vazut pe TF, tomai miam dat seama ca esti roman!
I’m amazed at how many “newbies” make killer sales off their first themes, especially WordPress ones… if you have a good design, with good function and a great documentation you’ll make amazing sales regardless of if it’s your first theme or your 34th..clients look for quality not quantity…
