I also sent a ticket, with my 3 PayPal transaction ID’s, since PayPal solved their problem. The reply I got was that envato’s aware of the problem and that it’s PayPal’s fault. Wrong answer. Solve this now, I’ve got to work.
It seems like PayPal has solved their problems – I can see all my transactions from today when I log in to my account now.
However, MODERATORS – how do I get Envato to recognize those deposits? That’s the main problem now. Should I e-mail you guys my transaction IDs or..?
I’ve deposited $20 three times in a row but got “deposit declined” or whatever status you get on ThemeForest each time. However, when logging in to my bank, I can see that $20 has been withdrawn three times.
Does anyone else have this problem?
