As the title says we’re looking for a colleague that will handle the support for our Wordpress themes. Currently it could take 1h-2h a day to handle all support requests, but we are building new themes so we expect that support requests will increase.

Your skills: – Fluent English – Wordpress – HTML & CSS – PHP (not a guru, just some good skills to debug/edit/understand php codes). – jQuery – again, not a guru. – Experience with tools such as Firebug or Chrome Developer tools – Politeness! 98% of our buyers will ask polite, we are expecting the same from you

We are seeking a person to answer the support questions for our themes in our new support forum (please check our profile to see the themes and forum).
At the time, the forum is not very busy so an average of 1 hour/day should be enough. We are looking for a person with wordpress/html/css knowledge, must be fluent in English, must be calm (there will be difficult clients) and respond polite regardless of the client.
At the moment we are not taking any freelance work so you can take advantage of that as well.
As you will see the majority of themes are wordpress so we need to see some work you’ve that on this particular area. Please contact us from our profile page with some examples, your hourly rate (or monthly fee) and a short resume.
