Please anybody, just give him a telephone number. This is so ridiculously funny. The best part is where he… or she, even funnier… wants to talk to the manager of a site he is part of and does not even understand how it works and makes up his own rules. The customer usually is the king, but he puts himself into a position of a god. Let him talk to the manager of a site of almost 2 million people. Please let us know how it turned out. I’m dying.
Here’s the contact information I found on Envato.com, which themeforest is part of.

Firstly do you mean support on TF or from the author for the theme? I would have thought that they are all based on the email address you use here.
Bear in mind also that “the product thread” is the author NOT Themeforest and that support is completely voluntary from authors so while many do offer it there is no obligation for them to do so.
It is a shame the theme does not look exactly how you want out of the box and I suggest you try reading the documentation that came with it that will most likely tell you how to install the xml content which will make it kook like the original demo.
It is highly unlikely you will get very far with a refund based on a lack of technical knowledge of how Wordpress works and through no fault of the theme itself.
It looks EXACTLY like Orman Clarks themes. The whole layout, the structure, the purpose, the colors, the fonts… really?!
You tried to copy the Apple website. It did not work out… copying is good to learn how to do stuff but don’t try to sell it here.
I still cannot believe how people don’t understand what themeforest is.
themeforest is a marketplace, not a theme producer! It’s like amazon – you don’t call amazon if a page of a book you ordered is ripped out. You contact the direct seller/producer/author…
Oh god… I love you Parkerrrrr! I did not think of that. Thank you so much
I think you misunderstood what he wants, Carmen.
Hi @Abberball972, thank you @charlie4282 for your help, unfortunately if you made purchases a few days ago and downloaded them, it is unlikely you will be refunded. However, it’s a good idea to write to support and see if they can suggest any other options. I hope this helps.
Hey guys, I need the help of WordPress heros… I just deleted a user from my installation and accidentially deleted every post the user made. Is there some way to get it back?
Make it a site template first, upload it and then come back to us It will not make it as PSD due to its lack of uniqueness. You will probably also have to work on uniqueness for site template, but maybe adding tons of features is sufficient. The design is really alright.
I totally feel you – I have had this so many times.
First off, stay as respectful as you can and kill him with kindness.
Tell him that unfortunately you cannot care about exchange rate because you have to think in your currency, not in his.
You can tell him that if he wants it cheaper he can go through the list of things he needs from you and cut out stuff that is not too important. That way he can directly influence the money he will spend.
You can also explain to him that the usual customization rate (at least so is mine) is between $50 and $80 per hour. I would not quote him less than two hours for that.
Then you can explain that the price of a theme here has nothing to do with customization rates. The requirement the client has to accept in order to buy such a cheap theme is that he takes the theme “as is”, without custom work done. If he however would like to have custom work done he has to accept the rates of the developer or designer he chooses.
I personally would get rid of such a customer, I don’t think you will earn a lot here. Neither money nor positive experience.
