Just so you know, that happened to me too (not with this account obviously). I purchased a file, it told me the payment could not be processed and I should try another method, but the payment was made from paypal regardless and no item was in the download section.
Email the Envato Support http://support.envato.com/ with your transaction ID and they will put it to your account manually if it’s legit.
PS: This is a public forum – noone can really help you here.

A buyer emailed me directly yesterday, and when I told him all support needs to go through ThemeForest for purchase verification, he said it was down. When I checked it was up […]
This is too obvious.
Hey, which PSD file? Shared profit only makes sense if the file is good enough to sell.
Also, you should take care of the spelling and grammar in your profile picture.
You need to host your preview yourself.
If the images in the demo are great they have probably been bought by the author and will NOT be redistributed within an XML file due to licensing issues. You will upload your own images anyways, won’t you?
Also, uploading the demo content will – obviously – only upload demo content, not set up your site. You will have to go through the documentation and build your own site. That’s how WordPress works, only very few authors deliver a complete one-click-setup.
Don’t call it “Freshface”.
If I do remember correctly, turkhitbox wanted to call one of his items “Kriesi” about a year ago. Good marketing move, but bad ethics. It would not be tolerated.
If I was Freshface I would not tolerate a theme looking as horrible as this one having my name branded on it. Typography, graphics, whitespace, originality – everything is very poor.
Good luck!
Yep, was in February or March I think.
