muscma01 saidIt’s quite good, personally I would have changed the font used tho.
Your profile is good revaxarts, I wish I good enough at coding to figure out how to make it pop like yours does. I spent all of yesterday not creating any music and dedicated the day to designing my profile page. I think its a huge improvement, it’s still on the “minimal” but I designed some cool graphics, or at least I think they are cool. Let me know what you think of the upgrade to my profile page.
OOPS this was directed at someone else ;P sorry. disreguard.
Yours is awesome mitdralla, I really like the blues you used in it. Hopefully you get some some people walking into your virtual store cause you have some real nice curb appeal. I really am not sure how people do there searches when they are shopping but one thing I have noticed is the top sellers typically have pretty awesome profile designs and I am sure that’s not just a coincidence. Yours looks great mitdralla and I hope it helps you get tons of sales!
Thanks, I appreciate it!
The coding part is easy, the difficult part is figuring out your image sizes to make them look good. But you can do some really simple things with a few HTML tags to make it pop.
<a href="MARKETPLACE_LINK"><img src="IMAGE_SOURCE" border="0" /></a> <a href="MARKETPLACE_LINK"><img src="IMAGE_SOURCE" border="0" /></a> <a href="MARKETPLACE_LINK"><img src="IMAGE_SOURCE" border="0" /></a>
You can use free hosting services to host your images if you do not have a hosting provider. The example above will give you 3 items in a line.
Hope this helps. Tim
Spiders and elevators… spiders in elevators would be the absolute worst.
I just started building mine out and really hope people take advantage of free real estate to showcase their work
I would vote for this.
Congrats! great accomplishment!
Also, really…what are they going to do with all these bad hipsters who think their ‘photographers’ pictures? You think they are just going to list all pics for sale? Find popular pics and sift through all the bad jazz? Also who is the market to purchase these pics? They are only good to a certain resolution..good on mobile..what? Backgrounds for your phone for $1? Gl.
I think it is more of a way for them to have more power and be of more value.
But then what if you took a picture of a friend and published it on instagram, and it gets sold? Who is liable for damages claimed by said friend? You, for uploading the photo, I suppose? I guess that pretty much bins any model right agreements? Ouch.
My thoughts exactly :/
dekurvajo saidIt won’t help. Even if you deactivate your account, all your info and photos are still saved on their servers and they will remain there until they decide what to do with them.
With Instaport You can download all your pictures compressed into a .zip file. Then you just have to deactivate your account.
Let’s think about this. When users initially signed up to Instagram, they “agreed” to the terms that were before them. Now they are different. Is it because of the clause “all terms are subject to change” which gives them unlimited freedom to retroactively maintain ownership of everything.
Without that, would they not be able to retroactively go back before the date of the new rule?
