Just discovered that canned responses doesn’t work…

I can see that 2 months are gone since initial release of “hack-mega-super-script-by-Dave-to-make-authors-live-easier”.

Is this even possible to create auto reply email with canned message to the user if email was sent throw the authors profile page?

I’ve create a filter: subject:(Message sent via your marketplace profile from) and then gmail “should” send canned response, but the problem is that it sends to some “strange” email address which comes from the system (email sending service) that Envato is using, as result user don’t receive anything in his inbox.

Anyone?

Sometimes updates are very critical and should be available asap for the end users.

So:

1) What person can I “ping” for faster update approval.

2) It was discussed before, but may be authors with appropriate level of trust, should be able to update their files without a review?

I can’t upload anything, trying to upload an update but during the upload it simply stops, same via ftp.

I’ve uploaded via FTP and then resubmitted the form with only “Main files” without thumbnail and etc. And it looks it made it throw… waiting for the reviewer now

Update: I just tried once again, but without thumbnail image and looks like it went throw…
