yeah i understand that happened to me i waited 14 days and rejected cause it was in wrong catergory than resummitted and another 14 wait so i understand your pain

if a file was uploaded in a wrong catagory when it is resumitted it has to wait again in the que thanks rebecca

I have submitted an item 6 days ago. For support, it says that I should contact support after 7 days. The item is surely going to take more than 7 days because it is still stuck at 65%. I would like to ask staff if I should contact support about it or not because I do not want to burden staff with unnecessary ticket if delay is going to happen.
