All I can say is – let us enjoy and appreciate what we have here at this point in time and hope that GR will continue to be a progressive marketplace. If it dies, it will affect many decent authors’ livelihood. So it is better we don’t wish it.

could you try to rename the file in the server and then try to link it to your upload page.
It can be re-named but can’t be linked. I will wait for Support tomorrow. It is already late.

Interesting, I just noticed that when checking the help link for you. Have you tried using FTP? This is usually a much better upload method for large files that via http.
Yes I uploaded it using SmartFTP. It is already uploaded to the server but sending it to the review queue is the problem.
