So I understand Mustafa’s theme was submitted to TF BEFORE Mark’s?
Yes, it was.
why didnt get i some of these comments? And why did Envato approved my theme?
About 80% of the theme’s here are lookalikes.
This is just an attempt to get me offline and get more sales, because my theme was selling pretty good.
More sales? please don’t give me that! I’m putting my reputation online here.
I did send a Copyright Infringement notice and asked the same question Mark is asking now to support. Why was it approved? They provided a generic answer and told me how to file a DMCA . I did just that.
Regarding the question of how close is too close? That is something I’m sure all authors on TF would be interested in!
Mark, please share with us, this community is built on mutual transparency
Just Back from work. I was the one who filed a DMCA . My theme in question is: http://themeforest.net/item/the-virtual-business-card-vcard/71184
Edit: I was notified about Mark’s theme by couple of authors and customers from TF and I decided I should take action.
Mine is on its way
I was one of them
I got the mail long time back. I sent my details but haven’t received any reply yet :/
But I did win \:D/
Congrats
Dear friend,
I’m not trying to say anything. I did say, however, that the sponsor banner images are not displaying.
”” One item that I would like to get to work is the sponsor banners. The images just won’t display. ””
The sponsor banners are located top of theme, right side.
All that’s there now are text links.
I think I’ll just leave it be.
No help here. No help from support. No future purchases from me for sure. Thanks.
I do see the ALT attribute of the sponsor images!
Your problem is pretty simple to solve. You’re using absolute url for the images, whereas you need to use relative. I think, for example, the link to the sponsor images would be:
wp-content/uploads/2009/12/audiojungle1.gif
Also, you need to turn-off “AdBlockPlus” by going to “Tools -> AdBlock Plus Preferences -> Option -> (UNCHECK) Enable AbBlock Plus” if you don’t see the images or their alt attributes.

However, you need to upload a live preview so others can see and tell you what you’re doing wrong or contact the author.
Also, the cu3er documentation seems to be really great. Did you have a look at it? – http://www.progressivered.com/cu3er/docs/xml_reference.html#slide
Edit: Looks like Drew beat me to it
Edit 2: Oops, Mixey too
