Any theme will do actually as long as you are going on the right track. If you have a guide, that would be better.

I agree. If you need to have a customized site made by a developer, then you have to pay for it and it doesn’t go cheap.

Welcome Inn theme would be best for such website, if you want to be like the ones you posted, but just in different color combinations.

I have seen a site which explains more about this stuff and compared both paid sites and free sites. I just don’t know if it is free to post the link here.

I’m actually looking for the same option and I can’t find if it is possible or not. Can anyone help clear this up?
