My Mobile Page V2 is available as both a WordPress and HTML product
The WordPress version still costs $25
The HTML Template costs $10
They are two different products and their prices have not changed.
You would install a WordPress theme to your existing WordPress installation. There is no exe required.
Does that help explain the situation?EDIT: Haha sorry I see Dzinc has this covered, I’ll leave it to you
Do I ask for help here, or via a private mail to you? I still can’t get this theme onto my wp site. I’d sure appreciate assistance in doing it. Is there a phone number I can contact you? Thanks, Martin
Wow, a bit frustrating! I unzipped my-mobile-page-v2-wordpress, and cannot find any file to assist me in how to install. There is also no theme file to unzip. How should I proceed? Thanks, Martin
Well, I’ll apologize for my fusing off last night about the product, and say I’m sorry again. I had had an incredibly long and frustrating day, and although I know very little about web design, I jumped to conclusions. I really don’t know the difference between an ‘app’ and a ‘theme’. This is a whole new world for me. At times I wish I was younger and grew up with computers. Will be 64 this year. I keep on thinking of that old Beatle song (‘Will you still leave me, will you still need me, when I’m 64?’ – Thought that age was so incredibly old when I first heard it, and now, well this year it will be a reality.- How time flies!!) Martin.
There’s no theme-name.zip. The only file that has the word ‘theme’ in it is the file Theme Designs. You open it up and there’s a few color files (red, blue, etc.). So, what next?
Thank you for your help. However, I did the following:
Installing Theme from uploaded file: 404.php Unpacking the package…
The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature After trying to upload this file (with the above-mentioned response), I tried to upload with the styles.css file, with the same results. Martin
That’s a common issue unfortunately, but it’s easily fixed. You have to unzip the file and locate the standalone WP theme, if you see a 404.php file, then you found the right file. Thank you. I did that, but I ran into this problem:
Installing Theme from uploaded file: themeforest-165066-my-mobile-page-v2-wordpress-theme.zip Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme install failed.
Hi. I purchased the following: My Mobile Page V2 Wordpress Theme. I went to the new plug-ins found in my WP site. I tried to install it, and got this response:
Installing Plugin from uploaded file: themeforest-165066-my-mobile-page-v2-wordpress-theme.zip Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin install failed. Return to Plugins page
Wondering what I did wrong. Anyone know why the plugin install failed? Thanks, Martin
OK, my bad. I’m sorry I jumped to conclusions. Its the first time I’m using a mobile template, and I just know a little about using WP. So when I saw the same visual, it blew my mind. Thank you for apprising me of this, and my sincere apologies again. Martin
