I don’t really understand this card, there’s the logo/ name of a dance crew, so it’s copyrighted…are you allowed to use it? And why would someone buy it?
Depends what you’re going to do. I’ve started with 3dsmax because it was the most popular then, C4D is also a great all-rounder, maybe better now. Maya is/was, as long I know the best solution for character modeling. There are tons of other less popular.
