For some reason it isn’t showing up in the main Site Feedback forum anymore… you can still access it from the link.
No there is no customer support number (Envato is located in OZ anyway) and when they have fixed the problem I am supposing you can fill out a support request.

Can we at least get some sort of idea about what status this in? I checked twitter, facebook and there is nothing posted there either.
Purchases seem to be able to complete but the token or completion piece on the Envato side simply isn’t working. Furthermore the history in my account does not show a purchase at all and the download is nowhere to be found.
I feel ya thank you for the update it is much appreciated. As someone who provides support services for my own company, along with media design and web content, I certainly understand problems usually come in threes anyway!

Payment has been paid correctly.Bad service.
I agree that it is not bad service per se but perhaps bad protocol that simultaneously we are unable to contact support regarding the problem. Housing the support server and payment servers or web servers where they are dependent on one another is inviting disaster.
