For whatever reason your account does not show the buyer badge which maybe why the author has not replied (it could also be that it is a weekend and they may not be working).
I suggest you retrieve your purchase ID from your downloads page as that is all you will need to complete the registration process, or you can try emailing them directly again providing that also.
P.s. your account name is probably not going to help your cause
I can’t logon to the downloads page because can’t login. So I can’t complete the registration. I have emailed direct and been ignored. I’m frustrated – hence the account name. I’m sure you can understand. Maybe I could get some help?

I have contacted the author direct. Unfortunately, I don’t seem to get a response from the author and I can’t login through the buyer account (and yes, I paid).
I am using the Volumes theme and have had problems from the beginning with the installation. Now – the portfolio options won’t link to home page and the drop down doesn’t show all the portfolios I created. Does anyone else have a problems with this and know how to fix it or what I’m not doing? The documentation is so limited – nothing in there to help.
