What do I do?

I try to do a change in my theme ( Core) on wordpress (3.4.2) But I am asked to log inn again. But the loginn reject my password (witch is correct) I have reinstalled both wp and theme, but nothing helps. What to do?

What do I use to modify this templet? And how do I do it? I have absolutly no experience in php. I do know some html and use Dreamweaver for such
