But I need somebody to reproduce it. Try this code
            $string='[gallery id="123" size="medium"]';

            $table=shortcode_parse_atts($string);

            foreach($table as $value=>$key){

                echo $value."->".$key."<br />";
            };
The output is
0->[gallery
id->123
1->size="medium"]

The code above will work correctly parsing both attributes only if we add space before ending bracket ‘]’

This is certainly a lot better than SMOF . It is more well-documented, has dozens more extra options, proper sanitation and some other goodies.

But then again I didn’t build SMOF to compete with any other options framework already on the market. :)

Also, the ‘best’ framework, with all the technical differences considered, is really down to what works for you & your customer’s best.

Cheers

I hardly think your framework is worse. Actually it has a better learning curve and instead of dozen useless options it has less but more useful options. And by the way maintaining a framework like yours is pain in the ass. It’s great that you haven’t abandoned it yet. And if you really think about making some money you should focus on theme developing.

and in the meantime prices have not increased for themes or templates…mmm… anyone ever think of the extra time we input compared to just a year ago? Are we compensated for it in any way…nope. Themeforest needs to be more flexible with pricing and everything needs a bump imo – even buyers tell us this. Jonathan

Not to mention that in the real world there is stable inflation each year. Themes should be 39 $ by now.

@2mediax

You should check this http://960.gs/demo.html and then “less framework” or “skeleton”

Sorry, must have missed that. I’m not familiar with the Dynamix theme. The easiest way & safest way I can think of to achieve what you need is to use custom post types. Your customers may not appreciate losing their slide sets if they accidentally reset the options. :)

Exactly. Instead of complicating SMOF we should use built-in wp features. There is always someone who wants JUST ONE SIMPLE option, but when you multiply this by 50 or more users the only effect is a really big mess.

Just curious:
Why always such small changes on the marketplaces?

Because perfection is not a huge leap or revolution but ability to improve something every day
