We have 7 staff headshot photos we need altered. Background removed so its just the person and then a faded out to white effect below the shoulders so the photos look like they are blending into the page.

I purchased the wordpress chemic theme but need a small alteration.

In the menu I want the last item to be styled as a button, same style as the login button here https://login.xero.com/ . I’m using the built in wordpress menu option for optional css class so it needs to work this particular way.

Button must have Border, gradient on hover as on the example link, no images all CSS please.
