Use twitter to get in touch with support, it is much faster way to get things resolved.
I pinged them on twitter 9 days ago after I opened the ticket but today I received an email from envato:
We just processed your request for ***** via paypal. Your payment was sent to *****.
Oh no, why they sent the fund via paypal, it should be Skrill, what can I do? please help.
I see it in homepage but not in PSD category, I think it’s bug, that really bad.
Yep, support will take up to 5-6 days to respond. And I highly doubt they will be giving your partner the money this month, you’ll likely need to just request another withdrawal and wait ‘til December.
I worry if they resolve my problem in next month, also I wrote to them on Twitter 3 days ago but nothing so far
Hi Staff, I hope you can help me ASAP.
I made a withdrawal in 31 Oct 2014 for my partner, his account is of Skrill but I sent the fund via PayPal that’s bad.
Today, Evanto sent me a message, say: “Your Request for Withdrawal could not be processed”, I know this is my fault, also I opened a ticket, I hope Envato can re-send the fund to Skrill with same address as I made before.
Here is Ticket ID 102880
ASAP, he (my partner) really worry about that, bad if Envato resolve my problem in next month.
I see a lot of “GLWS”, “good luck with sales”, “nice work”, “nice item”, etc. These comments are spam, from authors hoping that when the buyers are checking the latest items, they will click their names and see their portfolio. It might be be an idea to add an automatic check when a new comment is created, that verifies if the comment has at least 10-15 characters.
I totally agree with you, shame, not important if you write that words to your friend, partnership or sometime in the amazing items.
Why they do that? they want to let the buyer know their items through the comment, stop please.
