It happened to us also one time. You should contact support and tell them that this is WP version of already approved PSD template..

Customer ask us which file she need to edit to change header size. Theme is completely customized (HTML, CSS, added CSS from other theme, minified etc.) and I said that we can’t help because everything is completely customized (I didn’t event realized it’s our theme until I checked header of style.css). After my replay, 1 star received.
This is answer from Envato support:
Thank you for your email to Envato support. I’m very sorry but all ratings are the result of the buyers experience both negatively and positively with your item. We are not able to re-evaluate their ratings of your items but should the buyer change their mind they can go back and update their rating at any time. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
I don’t know why they gave us option to see ratings if we can’t do anything about it. Buyer explicitly request customization and even write that in rating comment and I just need to get over it?
It’s still March in our contry
Yep, it’s not really a best practice to have few days without any new item and then whole bunch of them… Don’t really know what is happening with review process these days, as we submitted one file last week (Tuesday) and it is still in review process. It will probably come out with other 50 themes when they start to review items.. Also, i noticed that Envato is hiring new reviewers, so hopefully things will change soon.
